Baby Grand is a new kind of artist management studio, working with artists in a wide range of media to platform the kind of work we think is critical in moving culture forward, and provide a fair, equitable way for emerging creators to be heard and seen.

Our Greenhouse program for artists functions similarly to the kind of incubators you see in the tech industry - working with you for a defined time period to network, grow your audience, refine your brand, and realize your vision. When you’re ready, we function as your conduit to our powerful network of investors, commercial brands, and bigger publishing houses, all who rely on your brilliance for relevance. We’re capable of seeing that you publish your first book, release your solo album, or land your first feature. We also release in-house collaborations with special artists who speak to the Baby Grand ethos. Regardless, we want you to see the credit (and cash money) you deserve, so we function as your partner and co-publisher, not your captor, maintaining that the rights to your creative work remains 100% yours.
